I'm Aseaba. I'm a military wife of 12 years, mom of 5, and the stabilizing factor in my family's life.

Falling in love with my marine and moving away from everything I knew was tough, but that didn't compare to the discomfort of not feeling like myself. Years of having babies and poor habits recently wrought havoc on my health, appearance, and my confidence. 

 I would spend 45 minutes choosing something to wear, because I was SO uncomfortable with how my clothes were (not) fitting. I didn't want to meet new people because I felt I wasn't putting my best foot forward, and I shred any from showing my face on social media.
